Filler
A real blend inside
Under the wrapper is a blend of Nicaraguan tobacco. It gives each shape its body from the first draw to the last, and it is the part a cheap bundle skimps on.

Nothing is printed on them, because nothing needs to be. They leave the floor the way it ties them, twenty five to a bundle, and you know them by the leaf.
Where they come from
Made on a working floor in Estelí.
Estelí, in the north of Nicaragua, is where much of the world's premium tobacco is grown and rolled. Our bundles come from a working tabacalera there, the same floor that rolls cigars for boutique brands sold under their own names.
They are made by hand from Nicaraguan tobacco and come to us in bundles of twenty five, ready to rest in a humidor.

Where we ship
We ship to every state except three that restrict direct delivery of cigars.

We ship by UPS or USPS. We do not ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to military addresses.
Age verification
You must be 21 or older to buy cigars. We check this three times: when you enter the site, against your name and address at checkout, and with an adult signature on delivery. The carrier will not leave the package without one.
If the age check at checkout cannot confirm you, we will ask for a photo of a government ID before the order ships, and we cancel and refund any order we cannot verify.
Returns
Unopened bundles can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the bundle price. Write to us first and we send a return label.
Once a bundle has been untied or kept outside a humidor we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it.
Keeping them fresh
Keep bundles in a humidor or a sealed container with a two way humidity pack at 65 to 70 percent humidity and room temperature, away from sunlight.
After shipping, let them rest a week or two before you smoke them. They taste better once they settle.

Why is there no band?
Because nothing needs to be printed on them. They go out the way the floor ties them, twenty five to a bundle, and you know them by the wrapper.
Can I mix shapes in one order?
Yes. Each bundle is one shape and one wrapper, and an order can hold as many different bundles as you like.
Do you sell single cigars or smaller packs?
Not online. Everything ships as a bundle of twenty five.
Do you sell flavored cigars?
No. Every cigar we sell is natural tobacco.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship from stock. You get a tracking number when the label is printed, and delivery needs an adult signature.

The short version
We collect only what we need to hold, sell and deliver your order and to confirm you are 21 or older. We do not sell your information, and this site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
What we collect
- When you hold or place an order: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the state you ship to and the bundles you chose. Once card checkout opens, also your shipping and billing address.
- When you join the launch list: your email and your state.
- When a business applies for a trade account: the business name, a contact name, email, phone, city, state, tobacco license number, type of business and expected volume.
- When you write to us: whatever you include in your message.
How it reaches us
While online checkout is closed, nothing you type into a form is stored on this website. Each form prepares an email, and you send it to us from your own email app. We keep those emails to fill your order and follow up on it.
What stays in your browser
The site keeps a few small settings in your browser's local storage: your bag, the state you ship to, your language, the size setting and the cigar you picked on the Collection page and, if you ask us to remember it, your age confirmation. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
How we use it
To hold, fill, ship and support your order; to verify your age as the law requires; to write to you about your order, or once when checkout opens if you joined the launch list; and to keep the records that tax and tobacco laws require. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only what each service needs to do its job:
- Shipping carriers (UPS or USPS), to deliver your order with an adult signature.
- Our email and website providers, which carry our messages and serve these pages.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on these pages and receives your IP address when a page loads.
- A payment processor and an age verification service, once card checkout opens. Your card details go straight to the processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, such as a records request from a tax or tobacco regulator.
We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and tobacco record keeping laws require. A launch list email is kept until checkout opens and we have written to you, then deleted unless you ask to stay on the list. Everything else is deleted once we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, except records the law requires us to keep. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's privacy law, and we honor those requests the same way.
Adults only
This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn that we have.
Security
These pages are served over an encrypted connection. No method is perfect, so we collect as little as we can and keep it only as long as we need it.

Who we are
These terms cover every order placed on this website with Valdeflor ("we" or "us"). Holding or placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.
21 or older
We sell only to adults 21 and older. We verify your age at checkout, and someone 21 or older must sign for the package on delivery. If we cannot verify your age, we will ask for a photo of a government ID, and we cancel and refund any order we still cannot verify.
For your own use
Orders on this site are for personal use, not for resale. Businesses that want to resell should apply for a trade account.
Where we ship
We ship to 47 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Utah, Washington or Maine, outside the United States, to P.O. boxes or to military addresses. You are responsible for making sure cigars can legally be delivered to your address.
Order holds
Until card checkout opens, the site takes order holds, not payments. A hold reserves the bundles you chose; it is not a purchase, and nothing is charged. When checkout opens, we send you a link to pay. You can cancel a hold at any time by writing to us, and we may decline a hold, for example if we cannot ship to your address.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars, per bundle of 25 cigars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and shipping is shown before you pay. Prices can change, but never on an order you have already paid for. If a price on the site is wrong because of an error, we will tell you before we charge you, and you can cancel.
Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from stock, and you get a tracking number when the label is printed. Delivery needs an adult signature. If no one 21 or older is there to sign, the carrier will try again or hold the package for pickup. If a package comes back to us because no adult could sign, we refund the bundles, less the shipping cost.
Returns and damage

The cigars
Cigars are a natural product rolled by hand, so color, size and character vary a little from one cigar to the next. The drawings on this site are to scale and the wrapper colors are indicative. Photographs show the style of the product, not a specific production run.
Health
Cigars contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and they are not a safe alternative to cigarettes. Never buy cigars for anyone under 21.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
